We are sorry if your recent purchase isn’t quite what you wanted. If you wish to return anything our policy is as follows:
1. NOTE: Sale items that are at a discounted price of 50% or more , you are only eligible for a credit note or exchange.
2. Please note that any item bought that your not satisfied with ( sale or non sale items ),please note you are eligible for a full refund / exchange if you contact us and return item within 14 days from date of purchase.
3. Any item returned to us must be accompanied by the receipt and must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed WITH the sale tag still attached. It must also be replaced in its original cellophane bag. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item which does not comply with these conditions and which we deem not to be in a saleable condition.
4. Provided you strictly comply with these requirements, we will at your election either (i) issue you with a full refund excluding the delivery cost (unless the item is being returned because it is faulty or you received the incorrect order) or (ii) exchange the item. Any differential in price on exchange must be paid by you or will be refunded by us.
5. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we ask that you please use a secure delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel.

Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products:
Please contact us immediately if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you. Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the item(s) and your original postage.
